   I get tired of people asking me where to find Muslim bloggers. There
   are a ton, but every time I suggest people read a few they act like
   I've just asked them to read some Martian bloggers. "Huh? What? Where
   do I find those?"

   In fact, they're a vibrant and interesting community. While they're
   not quite as sinister as Da Jooooooooz (who could be?), they're pretty
   darned close!

   Seriously, while I strongly disagree with some of them, they're
   putting themselves out there every day, and many of them are
   interesting and eloquent people. And, shock of shocks, they're often
   proud Americans. Some of them (I know this may make you faint) are
   even Republicans!

   I don't suggest that if you read them you'll always agree with them.
   But in the interests of helping you discover these people, I've
   recently added something called the "City of Brass" to the Dean's
   World right sidebar. New posts from Muslim bloggers will appear every
   day right below the "Day by Day" cartoons. I suggest you check them
   out, they're usually worth your time.

   I'm not sure what the reference to brass means. Maybe Aziz will
   explain that to us. It was mostly his idea, and I'm glad he came up
   with it. We can probably help other bloggers duplicate this on their
   own blogs, if they want to.

   (Oh yeah, and I'me cheerfully looking forward to those who say I'm a
   "traitor in the War on Terror" for featuring this. My entire answer to
   people who say this is "suck my socks.")
