   I have added [1]Bill Passes Unanimously in the Senate to the "Best
   Discussions
   archive. Not because it's a particularly long discussion--it
   isn't--but because an intelligent question was asked and two people
   gave completely different answers, both of which are enlightening
   about the bill in question and the legislative process in general.

   I note again that anyone who wants to nominate something for any of
   our "Best Of" archives (Best Discussions, Best of Dean, Best of Our
   Contributors, etc.) is free to do so by dropping a comment or dropping
   me an email. And "anyone" means, well, anyone. I may not agree but in
   the last 5 years I can't remember when I've ever disagreed with a
   suggestion. I just don't always remember those archives like I should,
   so please, feel free to let me know if you spot something good.
