   So. The US successfully hits a bullet with a bullet--nails an incoming
   ICBM with an interceptor missile, that is. Meanwhile, North Korea
   refers to this as a "provocation," and Japan starts looking more and
   more serious about taking on a more assertive military role in the
   world (which is a good thing if you ask me). Ed [1]has a look at it
