   The [1]Watcher's Council has announced its selections for the most
   outstanding posts of last week. There was a real embarrassment of
   riches in the non-Council selections this week including fine posts on
   the NIE, libertarian Democrats, and the Esmay/Malkin cross-blog
   discussion of last week.
