   Sometimes, a great discussion is very serious and very intellectual
   and very lengthy. As a result I have added [1]The Tribute Vice Pays to
   Virtue to the Best Discussions archive.

   But sometimes a great discussion is short, which is why I have also
   added [2]Children to the Best Discussions archive:

     "Mrs. Nelson, do you have a sledgehammer?" My wife emphatically
     explained to the two boys that they would *not* be playing with a
     sledgehammer, and sent them back outside - to no avail, because not
     too long later they came back in to ask, "Mrs. Nelson, do you have
     a blowtorch?"

   Transcendent.
