   After three years of shrieks that Saddam had no WMD programs of
   significance, it's fascinating to learn that the New York Times now
   believes there actually was such a program, and that it was within a
   year of being able to produce a nuclear weapon.

   But... but.... Bush Lied! And he scared us all into believing him! Him
   and his stupid, evil, lying and incompetent neocon cabal!!1!!1!

   I question the timing. I suspect a Rove plot.
