   The army has [1]indicted Lt. Col. Steven L. Jordan over the Abu Ghraib
   prison scandal.

   And here we once again see the difference between the U.S. and
   thug-ocracies. We aren't perfect but we prosecute people for that
   kindn of behavior. If he's guilty I hope they throw the book at him.
