   1) By Spring, Iraq will have formed a unity government. It will
   include prominent positions for Kurds, Shia, and Sunnis.

   2) To the everyday Iraqi's disappointment, everything will not
   suddenly be a bed of roses overnight, but few will deny that things
   are continuing to improve--except the few remaining Sunni holdouts who
   pine for the good old days when they were Saddam's favored and
   pampered elite.

   3) Iraq will continue to be painted as a debacle, a quagmire, and a
   spinning-out-of-control mess dissolving into civil war by people who
   have no realistic suggestions for what to do about it except "pull
   out."
