   The United States ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, has
   been [1]seriously upsetting a lot of people inside and outside of the
   U.N.

   Which is entirely a fine thing so far as I'm concerned. It's clearly a
   deeply dysfunctional, not to mention arrogant, institution. Indeed, as
   Daniel Drezner notes, some of its officials have even [2]taken to
   outright insulting everyday, ordinary Americans who dare to have a
   poor opinion of the organization. Feh. See if we care.
