If I learned anything from the movies, it's that immortal phrase of
Yoda's.

But why doesn't Yoda do more than "try" to speak English?
OK, so it's not English. It's futuresprach, whatever. We know that all
creatures, with a few exceptions, from all planets and galaxies
understand each other -- this is a sci fi (if not a science fiction)
convention.
Now I understand that in war movies, the Germans speak English with a
Choorman accent, to kind of get us past the language hump. That's
appreciated. But why should Yoda, of all people, not master this
language and speak in perfect futuresprach? He's the ultimate Jedi
knight, right? Mister Achievement, the Earl of Excellence?
I'm not asking him to look good, but can't he talk good? Tell me, you
will!
