   John Kerry, obviously running for President again, has recently been
   addressing the charges of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, something
   he steadfastly refused to do during the 2004 Presidential campaign.
   Indeed, after their charges made national attention, he never granted
   another interview with a reporter, on any subject, until the end of
   the campaign. The only exception: a friendly interview with The Daily
   Show's Jon Stewart. Thomas Lipscomb has a [1]lengthy look at the
   issue, and at the dereliction of duty by so much of the press in
   covering the story.

   During the campaign, I interviewed three of the principal members of
   the group: one of the enlisted men who served on Kerry's boat, one of
   the enlisted men who served on a boat in Kerry's group that went on
   many missions with Kerry, and Kerry's commanding officer. You can read

   planned to do but didn't, due to sheer exhaustion, was an interview
   with Admiral Roy Hoffman. I still have the admiral's phone number. I
   notice the admiral's [5]Wikipedia entry is nothing but a lengthy smear
   job on the man. Think I should give him a call and interview him? I'd
   like to think Democrats will be smart enough not to nominate Kerry
   again in 2008.
