   That everyone assumes I can work for free until I prove myself. If
   everyone in politics is able to afford to work for free for some time,
   perhaps this is how we end up with the idiotic notion that inheritance
   ought to be a form of income privileged over the wages of labor...

   Ok, it didnât go quite that badly. If I can live on the street and not
   eat too much they might have something for me come January.
   Alternately Iâve got an interview with [1]these guys tomorrow. It
   isnât politics, but it will let me pay some bills...

   After some time there, perhaps I could volunteer for someone in the
   2008 campaign...
