   So they've shot off [1]a total of 7 now.

   The long-range missiles keep failing, which I suppose is a source of
   comfort to some. Not to me though. North Korea stopped testing
   missiles in 1997. Now they've made it clear that they are resuming the
   program and will continue testing no matter what anyone says.

   With every failure they'll learn a little more. That's what testing
   programs are all about.
