   The New York Times (no comment, grr) has a leaked copy of a classified
   memo that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld wrote just before the
   midterm elections. You can [1]read it here.

   This supposedly from the guy who was utterly clueless and wouldn't
   listen to anyone else. [shrug] Anyway there's nothing in that memo
   that surprises me. In fact I'm willing to bet that most of that gets
   implemented in some form or another, and would have whether he'd
   stayed in the job or not.
