   Very interesting: it appears that the government is going to attempt
   to prosecute people who knowingly receive and transmit classified
   information, including reporters, and a judge has (so far) agreed that
   they are well within their rights to do so. [1]Volokh has more
   details.

   It's slowly becoming apparent that the Bush administration has more
   spine on this issue than some people (including me) thought.
