Jaafari May Step Down

   Could be a [1]breakthrough. This comes a day after he said stepping
   down was "out of the question." (Apparently he was against stepping
   down before he was for it; has Iraq found its John Kerry?)
   Iraqi politics is certainly interesting, even just for the fact that
   they have politics. Who would have thought 5 years the headline of the
   day would involve elected Iraqi officials negotiating over the
   structure of a democratic government?
