	Well somewhat to my surprise, like The Queen, I
	voted for John McCain today. As harshly critical as
	I have been towards his responsibility for the
	despicable McCain-Feingold campaign finance
	"reform" law (which should more appropriately be
	called the First Amendment Repeal), on issues that
	matter a great deal to me he's on the most
	important side most of the time. And he's the most
	serious and responsible candidate. Senators
	generally make lousy candidates, but if a Senator
	we are to have (and it seems inevitable this year)
	he's the best qualified of any running now (save
	perhaps Joe Biden...
