	I generally think too much is made of the fact that
	there has been either a Bush or a Clinton in the
	White House since 1981. First, that presumes George
	H.W. Bush's 8 years as Vice President really
	amounts to being "in the White House" (it didn't
	under his tenure), and makes too much out of what
	amounts to three Presidencies, possibly a
	fourth....
