	I've talked to an awful lot of people in the last 7
	years who were sure that Bush would destroy the
	Constitution and make himself a dictator.
	Occasionally, I run into one who's so
	foaming-at-the-mouth they believe he already has.
	This used to make me mad, but now I just laugh at
	such people....
