	Publius makes a strong case that it was forces
	loyal to Al-Sadr, who is friendly with the Iranian
	regime, as the most likely culprit. That's more
	likely, especially given how transparently
	manipulative the man is. I find it hard to believe
	the Iranians would hatch the plot, but I've no
	doubt they'd look the other way....
