	Of course they should. Should they take massive
	contingency fees for that work? I don't think so,
	no. (I also think the contingency fees awarded to
	the tobacco plaintiffs' lawyers were unethical, and
	not just a little.) But should they be required to
	take less than market value for their work,
	regardless of how brilliant, effective and massive
	in scale, and regardless of whether there was a
	possibility or probability of no recovery at
	all?...
