	Egyptian authorities recently announced a massive
	sweep of international terrorists in their country.
	They proudly announced the roundup of 15, including
	not just Arabs but also Moroccans, an American, and
	some French and Belgians. They were mostly foreign
	students who'd enrolled at the oldest, largest, and
	most respected religious university in Egypt. The
