     ...Pelosi defended Jefferson's appointment, saying that while the
     Ways and Means Committee "had something to do with the accusations
     made against him," his new post does not.

   Jefferson is William Jefferson. Yes, that William Jefferson, the one
   with $90,000 in his freezer.
   Update: Oh, what might the new post be? Wait for it. Homeland
   Security.
