     Until recently, Hamas leaders claimed they would be able to cover
     the payroll with help from Arab and Muslim countries. However,
     Haniyeh said Wednesday that the Arab pledges are insufficient and
     that his ministers would soon embark on a tour of the Arab world to
     drum up more support. 

   You could see this one coming from a mile away. These countries that
   pledge allegiance to the Palestinian cause when it means getting in a
   cheap shot at the West or when they aren't on the hook for the tab,
   all of a sudden are acting like Paulie and Vito trying to figure out a
   way to hold on to their $100k when Tony is in a coma.
