	Our esteemed collaborator Roger Scruton weighs in
	(here) on the alleged injustice of banning
	fox-hunting. I agree with Dr Scruton that
	fox-hunting is traditional, but I don't understand
	conservatism to endorse all traditions, only those
	that don't involve harm to others. Fox-hunting,
	like human chattel slavery, harms others, viz., the
	foxes. That would seem to be enough to rebut the
	presumption in its favor. (Thanks to Matthew
