	It's not just unpopular to be a conservative on a
	college campus; it could be harmful. I wonder how
	many conservative professors remain in the closet
	for fear of discrimination or recrimination by
	their fellow professors or administrators. Even a
	tenured professor might have reason to lie low, for

	tenure. There are merit raises, full
