   OK, I get it: [1]this was Larsen's way of paying tribute to Bobby
   Fischer. He continued playing eccentric (and then some) openings to
   the end, with disastrous results. [2]Initially, I thought this was
   some sort of psych job he was attempting on his opponents, but by the
   end of the event that could no longer be the case. Nor was there any
   surprise value - he played the same ideas over and over - nor any sign
   that the lines had any hidden merit. So at this point I have no idea
   what he was doing, and now just hope he's okay.
