   The 3rd MTel Masters in Sofia, Bulgaria, is scheduled to run from May
   9-20, 2007, and will have the following participants:
   Veselin Topalov (2783)
   Shakriyar Mamedyarov (2754)
   Michael Adams (2735)
   Gata Kamsky (2705)
   Krishnan Sasikiran (2700)
   Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu (2689)
   This tournament is the organizational brainchild of Silvio Danailov,
   so it's not exactly surprising that Kramnik isn't playing. Still, it's
   a nice, strong tournament, and with the famous no-draw offer rules in
   effect it should be a consistently entertaining one as well.
