	It's time for the latest installment of organizer
	Sevan Muradian'a series of IM norm tournaments; the
	12th, to be exact. As usual, it takes place at IM
	Angelo Young's Touch Move Chess Center (5639 N.
	Ashland in Chicago) and takes 10 players (usually 3
	IMs + 7 norm seekers, but with Pasalic it's really
	4 + 6) through a round robin over the next 7 days.
