	In 1988, Jorge Sammour-Hasbun, then Jorge Zamora,
	won the U-10 world championship, and later won the
	U-12 championship. At 15, his USCF rating was 2500.
	Although he hasn't yet achieved the GM title, he
	was a very strong player and did achieve the IM
	-though without acquiring it. (In 1997 he told me
	that there was a mix-up with him and another FIDE
	player of the same name that impeded the
	ratification of his title.) Yet for all his
	promise, he more or less dropped off the map around
	the turn of the century....
