	The annual Foxwoods Open in Connecticut finished on
	Sunday, and Gata Kamsky was the winner after a
	playoff; also tied for first with 7/9 were Zviad
	Izoria, Ildar Ibragimov, and Alex Stripunsky. Seven
	players finished half a point back, including Jesse
	Kraai, who achieved a GM norm. Kraai lost to Izoria
	in the last round, but before that had enjoyed a
	terrific tournament, beating Shabalov and Nakamura,
	among others....
