	Looking around the blogosphere at the reaction to
	the president's immigration speech this morning
	it's pretty obvious that the speech was a failure.
	Rather than defining a plan the nation - or even
	just his base - could rally behind, it layed out
	some high-level talking points that simply don't
	stand up when pressed for detail. As a result, all
	those going into the speech with skepticism feel
	validated in their mistrust, while those adopting
	cautious optimism are left with little material
	with which to persuade others....
