....of lying [1]hypocrite Democrats.
As Byron York reports on National Review Online, in a Sunday
conference call where a group of retired military officers endorsed
Senator Clinton for President, General Clark questioned whether
Senator McCain had the proper kind of military experience that
truly qualifies as "Presidential quality". Mind you - the scary
quotes are mine. What General Clark said, as reported by York was:
In the national security business, the question is, do you have â
when you have served in uniform, do you really have the relevant
experience for making the decisions at the top that have to be
made? Everybody admires John McCain's service as a fighter pilot,
his courage as a prisoner of war. There's no issue there. He's a
great man and an honorable man. But having served as a fighter
pilot â and I know my experience as a company commander in Vietnam
â that doesnât prepare you to be commander-in-chief in terms of
dealing with the national strategic issues that are involved. It
may give you a feeling for what the troops are going through in the
process, but it doesn't give you the experience first hand of the
national strategic issues.
If you look at what Hillary Clinton has done during her time as the
First Lady of the United States, her travel to 80 countries, her
representing the U.S. abroad, plus her years in the Senate, I think
she's the most experienced and capable person in the race, not only
for representing am [sic] abroad, but for dealing with the tough
issues of national security.
So let me get this straight. When Bill Clinton, the scumbag womanizing
draft dodger was running for President, knowledge of the military was
irrelevant and Clinton's "experience" trumped both President Bush's
and Bob Dole's (both WWII combat veterans) experience. Yet, when Kerry
ran against Bush, his experience as a three month combat veteran
trumped Bush's, who had no combat experience.
Now that John McCain, not just your everyday combat veteran but a POW
who chose to remain in an enemy hellhole rather than leave his
buddies, is running for office, weeellll, no way does his experience
serving in the military trump Hillary's frickin' plane flights jetting
around the world gladhanding world leaders in photo ops!
Oh, and nevermind McCain's many years of service on Senate committees
that dealt daily with both military and national security issues! No
way does that compare with Hillary's many months of service as a
Senator and First Lady.
You people make me want to puke. I swear to God, I'll never again vote
for a Democrat at any level, regardless of how qualified for office
they are. Gawd what a bunch of worthless twits.
I have zero respect for anyone who votes for these assholes. You
deserve the destruction of this country that Democrats are visiting
upon you. Just this week the House voted to increase taxes for
American-owned oil companies, putting them at a greater disadvantage
in the world market and increasing the dependence of our country of
foreign (sometimes openly hostile) suppliers.
If you're so stupid and blind that you vote for Democrats than don't
come whining to me when your life and your country goes down the
tubes. You voted for it, you bozo. (And no, Republicans aren't much
better.)
Historians of the future will shake their heads, marveling at how this
country committed suicide at the ballot box.
