   ....this time [1]from PBS's Frontline show. It tells the story of the
   Haditha Marines (you can watch the entire show online), and there are
   some conclusions that can be drawn from the telling; Congressman Jack
   Murtha is a bald-faced liar, none of the Marines murdered anyone and
   Sgt. Frank Wuterich, at the center of the controversy, may, may have
   used bad judgment that day.
   It was Wuterich's first combat experience, and he had just lost one of
   his men in an IED attack. He had to make split second decisions based
   on the intelligence he had already received, the ROE which he had been
   given and the situation he was in -- one man down and his squad under
   fire.
   Whether he is guilty of anything remains to be seen, but the PBS
   treatment of the story is even-handed, telling both sides and clearly
   portraying the incredibly complex split second decisions that men have
   to make when the enemy refuses to fight according to the rules of war.
