   The next jerk that tries to argue that there's a moral equivalency
   between what our troops do and what these animals do is going to get
   slapped in the face. Only a craven fool, a complete idiot or a
   terrorist supporter would make the comparison, and, as far as I'm
   concerned, you don't deserve my respect or my restraint.
   This is not about religion. It's not about respect. It's not about a
   supposed caliphate. It's not about what America is or isn't or has or
   hasn't done. These people are mass murderers and serial killers, and
   they need to be removed from the earth for the safety of all people,
   especially Muslims, who suffer terribly at their hands.
