   did Saddam have every intention of resuming his WMD programs as soon
   as the sanctions were lifted (which Oil For Food was assisting him in
   achieving), he admitted to personally authorizing the gassing of the
   Kurds, calling it "necessary".
   Abu Ghraib? Wall to wall coverage for weeks. WMD, Saddam and an
   admission that he gassed the Kurds? Ho hum.
