   .... is that [1]the Iraqi government is missing its benchmarks and our
   Congress thinks that means we should pull out of Iraq. Well, if any
   government should be familiar with not meeting benchmarks and failing
   to do much of anything, this Congress should. They have mastered the
   art of doing nothing while giving themselves a nice pay raise.
   Perhaps the problem is that the Iraqi government is trying to hard to
   emulate ours.
