   ....the beginning of the trial for [1]the charges against the Marines
   involved in the incident in Haditha. I have [2]written from [3]the
   beginning about Haditha and I concluded, based upon the facts that we
   know, that the Marines followed the ROE and are guilty of no crime.
   Sgt. Frank Wutterich must pay for his own defense. [4]You can help.
   This is an extremely important case. If the Marines involved are found
   guilty of a crime, then the rules of engagement mean nothing and no
   military person will ever again be able to fight a war without looking
   over their shoulder to see if the lawyers are swarming. A guilty
   verdict will cost lives, American lives.
