I've met French Special Forces troops and men from their Parachute
regiment--and I can tell you they aren't the ones who would want to pull

     Afghanistan at the start of next year following a recent upsurge of
     violence, the French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche reported on
     Sunday.

     Nine French troops have died in fighting in Afghanistan and Le
     Journal du Dimanche said the relatively high death toll had played
     a part in the decision to withdraw the forces.

   High death toll? Is it any wonder that France caved in the moment
   Germans crossed the border?
   The French resistance was one tough bunch of people, men and women,
   who made great sacrifices for their country. They must have been
   immigrants, huh? Unbelieveable!
