   ....but I read [1]this poignant and compelling story about LtCol Mike
   Strobl's duty assignment -- accompanying the remains of Chance Phelps,
   a Marine who died in battle near Baghdad. It will fill you with a
   fitting sadness for the loss of the life of one so young yet with an
   inspiring hope that our country will be fine, because there are many,
   many people around this country who support the mission of our brave
   troops, despite what you constantly hear on the news.
   They just don't march in the streets and show up on the evening news.
