   A reader asked me to reproduce a speech (which he emailed to me) made
   by a Captain Ouimette, Executive Officer of Naval Air Station
   Pensacola. The speech is thought-provoking, and I have [1]verified
   that it is true, however, the Captain has never given his permission
   to reproduce the speech, which he gave in 2002 and again in 2003. You

   places (scroll down the page) that have reproduced the Captain's
   speech without his permission.
   The Captain argues that the war on terror began in 1979 with the
   Iranian hostage taking. I agree.
