     Dennis Hastert still hasn't learned when to quit. The House speaker
     told Fox News Sunday that he may appeal an order by a federal judge
     that allows the FBI to begin a review of records seized through a
     search warrant from Rep. William Jefferson's office:

   What part of "you work for us" don't these idiots understand?
   It's bad enough that Congress passes onerous laws that burden the
   country with unfunded mandates and regulatory mazes, but to believe
   that they are exempt from normal legal scrutiny is beyond the pale.
   These guys haven't lost touch. They've moved to another universe.
