   ....Congress has [1]officially closed the door on Able Danger. No
   further efforts will be forthcoming to investigate the many pre-9/11
   loose ends, many of which indict the former Clinton administration in
   crimes of omission at a minimum.
   We have a long way to go before we have open government.
