   ....is wrapped up in the coverage of [1]Mel Gibson's drunken binge the
   other night. Thousands of pounds of ink have been spilt and hundreds
   of hours of TV and radio pundits' time have been spent bemoaning the
   fact that Mel Gibson might be anti-semitic. Gibson has published now
   [2]multiple apologies for his remark, yet "experts" say [3]"it's too
   late" and [4]"it's not good enough".
   Meanwhile, Hezbollah is raining hundreds of missles, some [5]loaded
   with ball bearings to maximize the civilian casualties, on Israeli
   citizens, yet "experts" say Israel's response is [6]"disproportionate"
   and [7]ferocious.
   What's going on here?
   According to "experts" most terrorists are terrorists because they are
   [8]poor, disadvantaged and oppressed (all false, of course.) They
   [9]deserve our sympathy and our support, and we need to [10]understand
   them.
   Gibson, on the other hand, is a privileged Hollywood celebrity who
   should know better than to say something so awful.
   So the Gibson story fills the airwaves while we hear not a word about
   Hezbollah's use of ball bearings, their [11]staging of the Qana story
   or [12]their use of innocent women and children as human shields.
   And journalists wonder why the public has [13]"a very low opinion" of
   them!
