   ....There's a reason we need a good education system. We need citizens
   who understand our governmental system and why it was designed the way
   it was. Jeff Goldstein highlights [1]yet another group trying to
   attack the electoral system, this time using a scheme that completely
   bypasses the Constitution. Apparently it doesn't bother them at all to
   bypass the Constitution -- after all, they're all about individual
   rights......at least that's what they'd like you to think, until they
   get in power.
   The real irony is that these people claim they want everyone's vote to
   count, that they care about the individual, yet they are bypassing the
   very system that gives everyone a vote in a attempt to steal
   elections.
   I'm sure my readers won't be surprised to find that they're Democrats.
