   ....and naturally it comes from Congress. Prices for gas have risen to
   new highs, so Congress feels compelled to act -- to do something to
   lessen our pain. Their solution? Tax the oil companies some more.
   That will solve the problem for sure. Because if we tax the oil
   companies more, then they'll charge less for gas, right?
   Next thing you know, doctors will begin solving their patients'
   problems by giving them another dose of the same disease. Then
   roadside assistance will begin solving the flat problem by giving you
   a matching flat. And plumbers will break a second pipe. Electricians
   will blow another fuse. Carpenters will saw another leg off.
   This could be a whole new way of solving problems......
