   Right now an Iraqi mechanical engineer is speaking very movingly about
   how Iraq was occupied for 1400 years by Islam and dictators, and this
   is the first time in their history that Iraqis are free -- the first
   time in their history that mothers bore their children for themselves
   and their families rather than for Saddam and previous dictators. He
   says that Iraqis need America to stick with the job and finish the job
   -- to help the Iraqis complete the job of obtaining their freedom --
   by working to stop their neighbors from undermining their efforts.
