	Here is a New York Times story about the perils of
	marathon running. I'm pretty sure I'll never run
	another marathon. I've done 11 of them. Each one
	devastated my body. I'll be happy to run shorter
	distances for the rest of my life. If I ever have
	to give up running (perish the thought), I'll go
	back to bicycling full-time. I was exclusively a
	bicyclist from 1981, when I bought my first bike,
	to 1996, when I took up marathon running. For the
	past 10 years, I have been both a bicyclist and a
	runner....
